Comfortable bed and pillows. Ambient is very good and room is bright.

The room a bit small, but it is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is good — very accessible to the Freedom Park, Rizal Blvd, hospital, public market, cafes and restaurant. The staffs are very attentive and accommodating as well.

There was no complementary coffee/tea — atleast in our room. (Not sure if that applies to all room types. For reference, we booked a Deluxe room)

Location was prime. Having a 7eleven below the hotel was a plus! Staff was very attentive to my needs, always smiling very helpful. The pillows/mattress/sheets very clean and comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious.

It would be nice if the noise from the street filtering into the room would be controlled especially at night.

Many spots to park on the quiet open street in front. 7-11 right next door. 8-10 minutes from the airport.

We had booked this as we had been up since 2am and were trying to get a ferry to Siquijor which was fully booked. We chose this out of never due to its proximity to the port and price point. This turned out to be a gem. The property was clean and the bed was large it had a 7/11 downstairs and also a cafe too. The staff were so helpful, they let us check in early so we could sleep. And called a tuk tuk for us when it was time to leave for the ferry, as well as giving us helpful tips regarding the ferry. If only I had remembered because I would’ve left Siquijor earlier and then stayed the night again before flying out to Coron.

Very modern ,spacious and with 7/11 downstairs Its very near Silliman University Medical Center.Definitely will book again next time

No free breakfast

Very helpful staff. Coffee shop/restaurant makes a great cup. And the restaurant gives you a choice of Filipino and foreign breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming every time of day. The security was very helpful with parking our scooter and giving us recommendations.

If anything I would say have the fridge on when we get in the room.

The place was accessible to food esrablishment, room was spacious.

My room was not cleaned on my 2nd day and also no new towels and toothbrush

Room was clean, comfortable beds and 711 is right next to it. Transportation to and from like parks, restaurants, port, etc is convenient.

Small area (building) and room was small. Staff tells you not to stain sheets when you check in or will be charged. Price too high for the location.

The shower and the beds were excellent!

The flooring in the room is a bit ragged. I would like to have a microwave in the room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and absolutely loved it! The master bedroom is of great size as well as the king bed inside. The suite had two bathrooms which we were really impressed with.

Parking could be better but the hotel security has been helpful finding/ getting into one.

My first stay but I would not hesitate to return. I arrived very late after my ferry crossing from Cebu was delayed and it was no problem. Nice spacious clean room, good shower, and quality comfy beds and linen. Lovely little coffee shop on the ground floor for a proper latte and pastry before heading off in the morning.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The Staffs were exceptional! Even the security guard serenade us.

Most Suite room that they have, were facing the busy street. Which makes it hard to sleep at night. It was very noisy! We have to wear earplugs and it didn't help. There was a 7 ELEVEN store in the lower level, which is very convenient if you needed something, but made it worst sleeping at night.

We stayed here one night between a flight and a ferry. The room was very clean and beds were super comfy. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Location was great as there was a 7/11 right beside the hotel and a cafe in the lobby that served great coffee and breakfast.
